MUS 1270 - Alexander Technique

Credit Hours: 1
Prerequisite: MUS 1190  or permission of instructor
Description: Description:  Helps various performers (instrumentalists, singers, dancers, speakers, actors) obtain an accurate and heightened kinesthetic sense of body through body mapping and through techniques developed by F.M. Alexander.  This affords competition of many complex activities in which performers engage, without strain or injury; thereby, enhancing the activities.
