POLS 457 A, B - Moot Court and Oral Advocacy 3 each Credit Hours Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of instructor Description: This course is designed to teach students effective oral advocacy skills, and will prepare students to participate in moot court competitions. Through the case law method, appellate court simulations and lectures, students will be taught how to develop and properly argue cases in an appellate court setting.
