HIST 3330 - Renaissance and Reformation Credit Hours: 3 Credit Hours Description: Early modern European society and culture from approximately 1350 to 1650. Topics include the “new learning” and the “new men” of the Renaissance, the development of the nation-state and commercial capitalism, the era of overseas exploration and discovery; the early forms of Protestantism; and the Counter-Reformation.
