HHP 2070 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning 3 Prerequisite: HHP 1250 and must be an HHP Major Description: This course will focus on how to design programs in the areas of resistance training, flexibility, plyometrics, speed and agility, and aerobic training. The ability to teach and demonstrate proper technique will also be emphasized. A lab is included.
