NURS 5801 - Primary Care Practicum I

Prerequisite: NURS 5701  
Corequisite: NURS 5702  
Description: This course will introduce the student to the family nurse practitioner role in preparation for the Primary Care Practicum II course. The focus of this course is clinical immersion with the guidance of the preceptor and faculty in a primary care setting to include individuals and families across the lifespan (infants, children, adults, and geriatrics). (120 clinical hours)
