NURS 5101 - Advanced Health Assessment


Credit Hours 3
Prerequisite: Admission to the TN eCampus MSN program and receive a grade of “B” or higher in this course
Corequisite: NURS 5102 -must receive a grade of “B” or higher; 
Description: This course prepares the advanced practice nurse to conduct focused and comprehensive health assessments of clients across the lifespan. The process of diagnostic reasoning is emphasized as the primary means of collecting and analyzing data obtained from the client history, physical examination, and diagnostic procedures.
