NURS 5609 - Family Nurse Practitioner Practicum

Prerequisite: Admission to the TN eCampus MSN program and NURS 5000 , 5001 , 5002 , 5003 , 5601 , 5602 , 5603 , 5604 , 5605 , 5606 ; 
Corequisite: NURS 5990 ;
Description: This practicum experience focuses on the synthesis of previously gained knowledge and skills in the provision of advanced nursing care to individuals, families and communities. Emphasis is placed on health promotion, disease prevention and clinical management of clients with common acute and chronic illness.
