NURS 5307 - Nursing Management Practicum

Prerequisite: Admission to the TN eCampus MSN proram and NURS 5000 , 5001 , 5002 , 5003 , 5301 , 5302 , 5303 , 5304 ;
Pre/Corequisite: NURS 5305 ;

 
Description: This practicum experience integrates theory into a reality context of the nurse manager’s role. Students will participate in various functions and phases of the nurse manager role. Students, faculty, and preceptors will evaluate the student’s strengths and weaknesses related to the skills and competencies of nursing management.
