Description: This course will cover the ever changing healthcare industry and how leaders in the field need to adapt to its demands, and the potential
implications for leaders and managers; the course will present this information from an individual, group and system perspective. The
topics include principles of organizational leadership applied to health care organizations and how to improve efficiency, effectiveness and
efficacy through leadership principles.
