SPED 2301 - Planning and the Learning Environment for Diverse Learners

Credit Hours 3
Description: This course is designed to provide students with the tools to build an inclusive classroom. A foundation for decision making surrounding curriculum development and differentiation will be established before developing understandings and application of specific strategies for differentiation. Principles of Universal Design for Learning as well as specific strategies targeted towards students with disabiltiies and English learners covered include differentiating for student needs and characteristics while addressing content, process, and products.
