The Bachelor of Leadership and Organizational Administration prepares graduates for a variety of careers by encompassing managerial, organizational, and communication skills along with technical and associate degree level competencies. This program is offered both in the traditional classroom setting and online. Nontraditional students comprise the majority of the Leadership Studies classes, and they contribute a wealth of knowledge and experiences.
Note: Formerly this department was Department of Professional Studies. Effective Spring 2017 it changed to Department of Leadership and Organizational Administration and put under the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences.
