Admission Requirements
  • All students must submit transcripts from all colleges attended (minimum 2.75 undergradute GPA)
  • Three letters of recommendation.
  • 1500 word writing sample.
  • Personal statement.

Required Core

Total Hours 9

Field of Study

At least twelve (12) hours of guided electives in one field of World, U. S. or Military History.

Complimentary Courses

At least six (6) hours of guided electives in fields outside of the filed utitlized in the Field of Study.

Electives

5000-level courses excluding HIST 5001, HIST 5042, and HIST 5029.
