History Major

Major Core Requirements

Total Hours 9

Guided Electives (primary field)

At least 12 or 15 hours of guided electives in the primary field. These must be 5000-level courses excluding HIST 5001, HIST 5043, and HIST 5029.

Students have the thesis track option (36 hours) and can take HIST 5030 (1-6 hours taken in one semester).
