PRST 5930 - Compensation and Benefits3 Prerequisite: Admission to the MPS Program or departmental approval The focus of this course is on management tools designed to ensure that the right people get the right pay for achieving organizational objectives in the right way. Students will examine the application of compensation principles to achieve organizational objectives. Strategic use of compensation systems for attracting, motivating, and retaining employees and managerial aspects of paying employees at all organizational levels will be explored.
