PTMA 5930 - Compensation and Benefits

This course focuses on management tools designed to ensure proper compensation and benefits within an organization.  Application of compensation principles will be examined; strategic use of compensation systems for attracting, motivating, and retaining employees; and managerial aspects of compensating employees at all levels will be explored.
Note:  PTMA 5930 is equivalent to PRST 5930.  Student cannot take both courses to complete requirements for the degree.
