PHYS 4300 - Image Processing 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: PHYS 3005 with a grade of “C” or higher Description: An introduction to the basic techniques of digital image processing. Modern approaches to image acquisition, image enhancement, and image analysis. A significant amount of mathematics background is required since a good portion of the course deals with spatial domain and frequency domain image operators.
