PHYS 4001 - Computational Physics Lab Credit Hours 1 Cross Listed: ENGR 4001 Prerequisite: CSCI 2000 and PHYS 3700 with grades of “C” or higher; Corequisite: PHYS 4000 Pre/Corequisite ENGR 3005 Description: Laboratory component for computational techniques used for problem solving in physics. Numerical techniques for solving ordinary differential and partial differential equations, and systems of equations; analysis of data; curve fitting and spectral methods; and numerical solutions of systems of equations. Applications of these techniques to physical problems.
