NURS 5108 - Advanced Role Development with an Emphasis on Quality, Safety, and Ethics

Credit Hours 3
Prerequisite: NURS 5100  
Description: This course follows the evolution of advanced knowledge in nursing from a historical perspective to the present and explores future issues and challenges in organizational leadership. Quality, safety, and ethical decision making in practice setting will be emphasized. The course will provide knowledge for building and maintaining effective teams, communication and innovation in nursing practice.
