MUS 5524 - French Diction for Singers

Description: Fundamentals of correct pronunciation of the French language for speaking and more specifically for singing. A detailed explanation of the International Phonetic Alphabet and how it applies to the French language. Some of the song and opera repertoire of the language is also studied.
