ANMS 3520 - Sex and Gender in the Greco-Roman World

Description: Introductory survey of women, gender, and sexuality in the ancient Mediterranean world, especially Greece and Rome. Literary, epigraphical, art historical, archaeological, and material culture evidence forms basis of discussion.
