COMM 4650 - Mass Media Law

Prerequisite: Upper division standing or permission of instructor
An intensive senior level course focusing on the development of our legal system, and the application of legal standards to media operations. Specific topics include the First Admendment, Libel, Privacy, Copyright, Political Programming, and Advertising.
