LDSP 3130 - Leadership Judgment and Decision Making

This course explores decision-making and problem-solving at the individual and group (organizational) level.  Contrasting viewpoints and approaches to decsion-making and problem-solving are examined via readings and cases.  Topics covered include decision ethics, impact on stakeholders, game theory, and framing.
