Prerequisite: Sophomore standing or department chair approval
This course covers basic financial accounting principles for the business enterprise. It is designed to cover the concepts, principles, and procedures pertaiing to the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial recognition of revenues and expenses, and determining values for assets and liabilities, the preparation of financial statements, consistent with accounting standards, and their use in decision making.
