The four-year Bachelor of Science degree program Engineering Technology programs prepare graduates for careers transforming engineering concepts into reality through practical applications of technology. This requires knowledge of engineering and scientific principles; a practical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, machinery, and electronics; written, oral, and graphic communication skills; and hands-on training. These programs are closely related to training of engineers, but places greater emphasis on practical aspects and hands-on experiences.
