The Real Estate Minor is designed to serve the needs of students interested in preparing for careers within the real estate market and its related industries.
Special criteria for Finance Concentration students
FIN 3610 and FIN 3620 are required in the Real Estate Minor. These two classes are also listed as an option in the Finance Concentration. If you have declared your concentration as Finance and will also minor in Real Estate, you may not use these two classes to cover four requirements.
