ENGT 4150 - Programmable Logic Controls

Prerequisite:
Senior standing

Introduction to programmable logic controllers (PLC), PLC components, programming in binary logic (Boolean Logic), counter and timer, memory organization and date manipulation.  Students will learn various control diagrams, programming languages and control circuits; and will program various PLCs for hands-on controls.
