ENGL 460J - Film Auteurs3
Prerequisite: ENGL 2030
Film auteurs are directors whose creative vision is so distinctive that they can be considered the “authors” of their films. In-depth study of two or three auteurs, defining and comparing their styles. Examples: Alfred Hitchcock, Akira Kurosawa, Jane Campion. May be taken twice for a maximum of six (6) credit hours.
