Description: Helps various performers (instrumentalists, singers, dancers, speaker, actors) obtain an accurate and heightened kinesthetic sense of body through body mapping and through techniques developed by F.M. Alexander. This affords completion of many complex activities in which performers engage, without strain or injury; thereby, enhancing the activities.
