COMM 2020 - Media, Society, and the IndividualCredit Hours: 3 Description: The historical development and current status of mass media are explored from a consumer’s point of view with the goal of media literacy. Students develop global perspectives by encountering issues dealing with the relationship of the mass media to education, society, politics, economics, religion, family, and the individual.
