NURS 5611 - Advanced Adult Health Nursing

Prerequisite: NURS 5100 , 5005 , 5006 , 5007 , 5008  
Description: This course focuses on advancing the knowledge base of professional nurses on selected acute and chronic illnesses impacting the health of adults. Emphasis is placed on acquiring advanced, specialized knowledge of
adult health at a graduate level. Selected research from a variety of disciplines will be analyzed and discussed from theoretical and evidenced-based practice perspectives.
