PSYC 5501 - Professional Development in I-O Psychology

Prerequisite: Acceptance into the I/O Psychology graduate program.
Description: Addresses professional issues in the study and practice of I-O Psychology and developing a professional identity within the field. Introduces topics of I-O history, career paths, professional memberships, internship/job search, ethical, legal, and diversity issues, research literacy, writing for academic and practitioner audiences, and succeeding in the MSIO program.
