LDSP 5800 - Workforce Motivation and Engagement

Dual Listed: Changed from Professional Studies (PTMA) to Leadership/Admin (LDSP) beginning Spring 2016.
Description: Leadership success depends in part on motivating and engaging the workforce. Course explores the constructs of motivation and work engagement. Topics include theories of motivation, drivers of work engagement, stress and burnout, coaching and mentoring, feedback processes, and the role of leaders in fostering work engagement.
