CPSY 7010 - Teaching Psychology

Prerequisite: Admission to CPSY PsyD Program
Description: This course is designed to foster the development of graduate students as future teachers of psychology and enhance their efforts as teaching assistants for the program. Different styles of learning, especially those that apply to a diverse population will be explored. This course emphasizes the practice of scientific teaching, approaching pedagogy with methods of scientific research and to gain valuable experience interacting with students.
