ACCT 5020 - Managerial Accounting

Credit Hours 3
Prerequisite: MBA Majors only.
Description: Designed for MBA students, this course develops the ability to interpret financial statements, assess corporate financial health, and apply internal cost accounting tools to support strategic decisions. Topics include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-volume-profit analysis, with a focus on using financial data to drive performance and inform executive-level decision-making.
