HHP 2070 - Principles of Strength and Conditioning3 Prerequisite: HHP 1250 , BIOL 2010/2011 This course will focus on how to design programs in the areas of resistance training, flexibility, plyometrics, speed and agility, and aerobic training. The ability to teach and demonstrate proper technique will also be emphasized.
