SOC 3770 - Analysis and Assessment Credit Hours 3
Prerequisite: SOC Major, SOC 1010 with a grade of “C” or higher and MATH 1530 or permission of instructor
Description: This course introduces the basic techniques used to describe and analyze social science data. Students gain an understanding of how social scientists use quantitative data to understand social phenomena and how to use and interpret statistical measures and techniques commonly reported in the social sciences literature.
