LDSP 4980 - Leadership Philosophies

Credit Hours 3
Description: The course addresses historic and contemporary theories of leadership and how knowledge of leadership theory can inform the development of a personal leadership philosophy. Prominent leadership theories and models will be covered including, but not limited to transformational leadership, leader-member exchange theory, the social identity theory of leadership, authentic leadership, and servant leadership. It is recommended students complete LDSP before enrolling in LDSP 4980.
