HOSP 4990 - Hospitality Capstone Credit Hours 3 Prerequisite: BB 1 and HOSP 3010 Description: Provides students with an overview of all major areas that must be considered when analyzing, designing and planning a new business venture. Emphasis will be on strategic planning, design of systems, models and problem analysis, leading to the opening of a successful hospitality or tourism business.
