The Department of Leadership offers undergraduate and graduate programs in which
students are exposed to theory, research, and practice regarding the discipline of
leadership. The department’s programs, offered in an online format, prepare students for
both entry-level positions and provide opportunities for career advancement in the
business, industry, government, and non-profit sectors. Students pursuing programs
within the department are diverse and feature many non-traditional students and working
professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the online classroom
environment.
