LIBR 2400 - Ethical and Responsible Use of AI and Machine Learning

Description: This course aims to educate students on the ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models. The course does not focus on the technical aspects of creating these models, but aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of what these technologies are, how they work, and the ethical considerations involved in their use. Topics covered include but are not limited to: algorithmic bias, data privacy, social impact, legal implications, and ethical frameworks for AI.
